Devonshire Collective's studio complex, Makerspace, is a vibrant and visible hub for artists, designers, craftspeople and the creative industries.

 

Makerspace is located just one road back from the sea at 137-139 Seaside Road - some of the studios even have a sea view!

 

Makerspace has eight bright, attractive, fully accessible studios, already home to a great community of creative businesses. 

 

Studios can be rented solo or shared, maximum two sharers per studio. We occasionally have studio space available to hire for projects on a shorter term basis.

Renting a studio at Makerspace includes:

• Secure workspace with access 7 days a week

• Three month minimum term

• Discounts on gallery hire rates

• Wifi

• Utilities: water, electricity, broadband (winter heating supplement)

• Business rates

• Cleaning, refuse and recycling

• Fire, security and building insurance
